MZG Counseling is located within Mason Enterprise Center (MEC), a university-based business incubator associated with George Mason University, conveniently located near I-66 and plenty of free parking.*

*Please note that the parking lot is currently under construction. There is complimentary valet services for your convenience.

In-person therapy offers the opportunity to meet face-to-face in a private, comfortable office setting.
All professional, ethical, and legal standards are followed. Any current health or safety protocols will be discussed prior to your first appointment.
ONLINE THERAPY
Online therapy gives you the opportunity to meet with a therapist when and where it's convenient for you. Your privacy is a top priority. All online sessions are conducted through a secure, encrypted platform that meets professional and legal confidentiality standards. Your personal information and therapy sessions remain confidential, just as they would in an in-person setting.​

Online therapy may not be appropriate for individuals in crisis, requiring a higher level of care, or if there are privacy challenges. ​
