I do not accept insurance for mental health treatment at this time. Please ask your insurance representative if you have out-of-network benefits for mental health (which are often called "behavioral health") as you can possibly get reimbursed.

 

I am not aware of any possible reimbursements for personal training or integrative medicine services. Speak with your insurance providers for more information.
